Shiffali Pathania is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
She has over 10 years of extensive experience in client management.

Shiffali is an expert in Canadian Immigration Law and specializes in Express Entry applications, Student visas, Spousal/Family Sponsorship, Work permits, LMIA’s and Humanitarian and Compassionate claims.

Shiffali is licenced by the Government of Canada to represent and assist clients in their Canadian Immigration matters. She is authorized to deal with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). She has the knowledge and expertise that is needed to assist you make your Canadian dream come true.

Shiffali holds an Honors Certificate in Immigration from Herzing College, Toronto, Canada, a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management, Toronto, Canada.

My journey in Canada started in 2012, like many others, as an international student. I worked my way through Post Graduate Work Permit holder, to a Permanent Resident of Canada and eventually became a proud Canadian citizen. I started my professional journey in Canada as a Food Service Supervisor and shortly thereafter became Restaurant General Manager of a leading restaurant chain.

Life is all about growing and after working as a Restaurant General Manager for 5 years, I secured a position as an HR professional with one of the fastest growing retail companies.

Being an RCIC, I strive to fulfill my passion of serving prospective immigrants, choose the right pathway to immigrate to Canada and educate them about the options that are available to them under Canadian Immigration Law.

Due to my journey that started in Canada as an International Student to a Canadian citizen, I relate to how it feels to be in a completely different part of the world and struggle to survive.

That’s the reason I have the desire of helping prospective immigrants find their new home in Canada.
